What‘s The Cost

All new clients are required to attend a meet and greet appointment with their dog, the cost of this is £20. We have a four-step trial process to ensure we are the right facility for your dog, the initial 90 minute appointment being the first step.

• Ad hoc days in group socialised day care: £38
• Full day puppy pre-school: £45
• Half day puppy pre-school: £34

Regular Day Care Members

Regular day care clients automatically become Fern Farm Canine Country Club Members and receive a preferential rate depending on how many regular days a week they attend as follows:

• 1 day = £35
• 2 days = £33 per day
• 3 days = £31 per day
• 4 days = £29 per day
• 5 days = £27 per day

All prices include 20% VAT and a 10% discount is given for dogs from the same household attending full days on the same day in group socialised day care.

When booking you agree to our current terms and conditions on our website which includes our cancellation and attendance policy. Day care members must pay a month in advance before the 1st of each month and payment is required when booking for ad-hoc, training day care or puppy pre-school bookings.

What’s Included:

• Feeding if required (feed to be provided, measure and clearly marked by the owner) up to three times a day
• Medication administered if required (as per veterinary instruction only and to be provided by the owner)
• Structured exercise during the day tailored to your dogs requirements from socialisation in small groups in our purpose built secure paddocks, indoor play area and sensory courtyard with quality Hoopers and mini agility equipment. Puppies are exercised carefully with puppy appropriate socialisation and enrichment carrying them through to graduation to our ‘big school’ day care and preparing them for the big wide world.
• Use of our heated lounge and individual rest areas for downtime with raised orthopaedic beds and luxury microfibre noodle matts.
• One to one enrichment time with our healthy treats hidden in Snuffle Mats, treat balls and brain teasing puzzles. Kong’s and LickiMats stuffed with tasty pate, soft cheese or soaked grain-free kibble
• Grain free and healthy treats for good behaviour
• Flexible drop off and pick up within our allocated opening hours 08:00-10:00 and 15:30-17:45
• Daily feedback including any training needs and advice
• Access to a client portal where you can view your details, bookings and invoices
• Over 500 photos are put on Facebook each week
• A chance for your dog to win our prestigious ‘Dog of the month award’
• Arrangement of grooming appointments in our top class onsite salon with our experienced employed groomer (at an additional charge)
