Our 3 basset hounds recently stayed for 4 nights, I must admit we were a bit apprehensive as we had never sent them to kennels before always having a house sitter.
We need not have worried all 3 were very well looked after, they were all placed in a large kennel so did not have to be separated and got plenty of exercise and socialising with other dogs. We were kept informed about how they were getting on via Email and photographs on Facebook, and when we went to collect them our dog blankets had all been washed. I would highly recommend fern farm and will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you

I am so pleased to have found Fern Farm Kennels! Our young, energetic, black Labrador called Wellington has boarded and stayed for Daycare. I feel reassured to know that he is well looked after and has lots of fun during his stay. Camilla and her team obviously love their work and their canine guests and there is a very friendly atmosphere. Camilla has also given me useful advice and her experience with dogs is obvious. The boarding and daycare is very good value and there is good security which was lacking in other kennels. Wellington comes back tired and happy and it is noticeable how his recall on walks when playing with other dogs has improved which I put down to all the play and socialising. He is off for a bath next week and agility on Friday!

Louie has been coming to Fern Farm since October and he absolutely loves it! Sometimes I wonder whether he even wants to come home!!
The facilities are second to none, with an indoor play area and secure out door paddock, I know that Louie will get plenty of exercise in a safe environment come rain or shine.
With regular updates and photos, whether Louie is in for day care or boarding, I am satisfied that choosing Fern Farm was the best decision!!!

Camilla , Carly and the team are knowledgeable , helpful, flexible and always professional . My whippet Jasper has been going to stay and for day care since he was 4 months old and his tail starts wagging the moment I open the car door when I arrive! He is full of energy but always returns home tuckered out after a long day of stimulation and play. The staff take pride in getting to know the dogs and I feel totally at ease leaving him with Camilla, Carly and the team . I am not surprised they have won 5 stars from the Council. Well done you hard working crew!

My very high energy collie Alex loves coming here for day care (and occasionally boarding) and she always comes home tired and happy. The service that Camilla, Lucy and the team provide is brilliant and I wouldn’t think of sending Alex anywhere else.
She always seems to know when she’s going to day care and sits impatiently at the door every time!
She’s made so many friends and I can go to work knowing she’s in the best possible care. Thanks again guys! X

Camila is a really professional and caring lady, who made us feel very secure that we were leaving our dog at the right place. We got our dog Bella from Bath dog and cats rescue centre, so we were a little worried and reluctant to leave her at a kennels as opposed to using a dog sitter.
But after 15 days, Bella came back home relaxed and extremely happy,,, also with no weight loss and in good shape… all good signs of great care… ! I can not praise the kennels enough … a big thank you to all the staff of Fern farm. !! We will definitely use them again

I’m so happy with the service I received from Camilla and the team at Fern Farm. My normally nervous border collie hadn’t ever stayed at boarding kennels before, so I was initially worried about how she would react. But Camilla was incredibly understanding and was great at communicating with me in advance of my dog’s stay. After speaking to Camilla I was completely reassured that she had the knowledge and expertise to look after my dog well. I picked up my dog this morning and she was as happy and bouncy as ever! I would definitely recommend Fern Farm to others.

The most amazing place run by the best people. The dogs love it and the hours for drop off and pick up are very user friendly for those who work full time, this is a rare find in the world of doggy daycare. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services. If they can keep my princess happy, they are 5* in my book. !

Just picked up our two 11 month Springer Spaniels after 16 day stay at Fern Farm. They were very happy and obviously had been really well cared for and had lots of fun. Thank you so much xxx

Really well run kennels and daycare. My dog is always happy when to go and shows no signs of being stressed when I pick her up. She is a very social dog and loves the fact she gets to play with other dogs which at other kennels she’s been to hasn’t been an option. While I have peace of mind due to the very secure paddocks used for playtime.

Fern Farm came to the rescue of my mother’s cat, Whispy, when we recently had to find him somewhere to stay at short notice. He was with Camilla and her team for 15 days and during that time his stress symptoms lessened and he was in much better shape by the time he came out. We managed to find him a new home and Camilla was great in helping me. I would highly recommend Fern Farm and would use them again if I was in a similar situation. Thank you all!

Just picked Norman up from his 1st ever stay in kennels. What a fantastic job you’ve done looking after him , he looks brilliant and he’s settled straight back in again. You really have a great team and we can’t thank you enough. Already booked him in for his next visit in September.X

Fern Farm is incredible, Camillas knowledge and care of attention is second to none. You can tell she’s truly passionate about every animal that comes into her care. Highly recommended!

Just collected my dog Marnie from Fern Farm she stayed there for 5 days and seemed really happy . Previously she has not done too well in kennels but today she is full of life and has obviously been really well cared for . Thankyou Camilla and team .
